We are µBGA (Micro Ball Grid Array) and CSP (Chip Scale Package) capable. Our manufacturing experience includes FCC, IC and CE certified production runs. RoHS-compliant assembly as well as Wave-Solder and Manual Assembly are additional features of our broad capabilities.
