1. Panelized Gerber Data in RS274-X format
2. CAD data in the form of (ascii, Gencad)
3. Centroid data
4. Bill of Materials
5. Any Special build instructions or process documentation
6. Assembly drawings in PDF
7. Sample board populated and unpopulated if available

If parts are being supplied, parts are to come in tape and reel and larger parts to come in JEDEC trays. Cut tape parts can not be loaded onto the SMT process.


If TZT Services are to supply PCB fabrication and Tooling we also require:

1. Design file created from Mentor pads or Protel
2. Panelized Gerber Data in RS274-X format
3. Detailed fabrication notes
